Treasure Hunt Game Rules 2026 v1.0

1: Members will receive a First Chance Treasure Hunt scratch card through the post. Only members signed up to direct mail marketing who have valid marketing consent will be included in the mailing. Any member that does not receive a First Chance scratch card can obtain one from the Duty Manager after a few checks have been completed. If the First Chance scratch card is no longer available, a Second Chance scratch card will be provided as an alternative. Club 3000 Bingo cannot be held responsible for members that do not receive a scratch card. Only one replacement First Chance scratch card may be issued per eligible member.

2: The promotion runs from Friday 4th September to 20th September 2026. Both First Chance and Second Chance scratch cards will be valid for the entirety of the promotion. Vouchers issued during the promotion will be redeemable until Thursday 24th September 2026. Any scratch cards or vouchers will be deemed void once the relevant expiry dates have passed. It is the customers responsibility to redeem their scratch cards/vouchers within the times stated, no exceptions can be made if a customer fails to redeem their scratch card/voucher before they expire.

3: The promotion will be available at all Club 3000 Bingo sites. All Scratch cards and vouchers may be used at all sites.

4: Jackpot Prizes are as follows: Initial First Chance Scratch Cards – 20x £5,000 Cash, 50x £500 Cash, 100x £250 Cash, 1000x £50 Cash, 2500x £20 Cash. The Second Chance Jackpot prizes are – 5x £5000 Cash, 25x £500 Cash, 50x £250 Cash, 100x £50 Cash, 500x £20 Cash, 500x £10 Cash. The remaining prizes will be made up of the following, ½ Price Bee Voucher, Free Bingo Voucher, Free Main Session or 50% Extra Tickets on a Bee. All money off, extra tickets or free tickets relate to Main Session or Easy Book (all in) tickets, optional tickets excluded from offer. Maximum ticket allowances are in place, (vary from site to site) for example if a 50% extra voucher is used and a site has a 90 ticket maximum, the maximum package that could be purchased would be 60 tickets + 30 tickets (50% extra) to bring the player up to the maximum of 90 tickets.

5: All players will be given a free draw ticket for Saturday 26th September 2026, this draw ticket will have the players name & membership number written on it, the draw ticket will be placed into the draw drum/bag. On Saturday afternoon & evening 26th September, a ticket will be picked out of the draw drum/bag at random in front of the majority of players. The £1000 prize will be upgraded to the advertised higher prize if the winner is in the club at the time of the draw. The winner will have 5 minutes to claim upgraded prize once drawn, otherwise £1000 will be won. The £1000 winner will have 1 calendar month to claim their prize, the club will try to contact the player via email/phone, if the player does not claim their prize, the £1000 prize will be given away at a future date.

6: All customers should be in the main hall/bar when the draw is taking place. If any clarification is needed regarding the visit time, your membership record will be used as proof of attendance, afternoon & evening are separate sessions and will be deemed so for the purpose of each of the draws. All members, even those not playing bingo need to have scanned their membership card on the membership system or Bingo Bee point of sale for the relevant session.

7: On Saturday afternoon & evening 26th September 2026, all members that attend either session will be issued with a Free Draw ticket, it will be the customers responsibility to write their membership number and name legibly on the draw ticket and to place the ticket into the draw drum before the draw takes place. The cut-off time will be announced prior to the draw taking place.

8: Draw tickets must be completed legibly. Illegible tickets may be deemed invalid. Draw tickets remain the property of Club 3000 Bingo and must be placed into the draw receptacle before the published cut-off time.

9: Additional rules will be in place on Saturday 26th September for the draws, see in club for details.

10: All vouchers are valid from Friday 4th September 2026 until Thursday 24th September 2026. Lost or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Expired vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative prizes.

11: Vouchers may not be used on the same session as issued.

12: Scratch cards must be scratched off by a nominated member of staff. Any damage to the scratch panel, accidental or intentional will void the prize. Scratch cards damaged in the post or mis-printed will be deemed void and their prizes deemed void, a replacement scratch card will be issued. The final decision deciding if a scratch card is damaged will be made by the Duty Manager.

13: Customers must be playing bingo, scratch cards will be scratched off by a nominated staX member once valid proof of purchase has been shown, this will normally be your Main Session Bingo Book or a Bee receipt from that session. Management’s decision on proof of purchase is final.

14: Cash Prizes up to £500 will be paid instantly. The £5000 prizes will be paid via BACS payment within 7 days once the prize has been validated. Valid ID corresponding to the customers bank details will be required for payment.

15: Only one scratch card may be redeemed per member per session across all Club 3000 Bingo venues.Each member may have a maximum of one First Chance treasure hunt scratch card. Second Chance scratch cards will be issued on each visit from Friday 4th September to Sunday Afternoon 20th September. Only one scratch card may be used per session per member. Second chance scratch cards will be issued when your previous one is redeemed. In the event of there being no scratch cards available, the management will issue you with an alternative offer.

16: Voucher prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

17: Second chance scratch cards have an additional game that can be played if a £££ symbol is found under the treasure chest scratch panel. The customer can then decide which one of the two pieces of eight they would like the staff member to scratch off. You will have to indicate to the staff member which piece of eight you would like scratched off. In the event of miscommunication, the panel scratched will be final. Only one piece of eight can be scratched off, if both are scratched, the card will be void.

18: Times for scratching the cards will be announced in club.

19: In the event of a printing error, technical error or any other error/mistake, the promotion may be suspended or cancelled and any prizes deemed void.

20: Club 3000 Staff and Management are excluded from taking part in the promotion at any club.

21: Club 3000 Bingo reserves the right to amend, withdraw, suspend or cancel this promotion and/or these rules at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, printing errors, fraud, technical issues or other operational reasons.
